Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
Moa is a personal library for saved links, text, and media. This policy describes this website and the app service being prepared for release. The website previews use fictional sample content. The public app service is not available yet.
Information we process
When you use the app and choose to save content, we process its link, text, available video or audio, summaries, transcripts, analysis, and search keywords. We also store a unique identifier from your Apple or Google sign-in. Names and email addresses supplied by those login providers are not separately stored in the library database.
We record processing metadata such as the provider, model, request identifier, usage, elapsed time, cache status, and reported cost. When a provider does not report a cost, we leave it unknown.
This website does not offer account registration or collect saved content. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information, and access time, to serve and protect the site. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
Shared content is used to collect the source, create summaries and analysis, make your library searchable, and deliver the content you request. Account identifiers control access to your own library. Processing metadata helps us operate the service, understand failures, and show request costs.
Services involved
- Apple and Google provide account sign-in.
- TikHub and Context.dev collect content from supported sources.
- OpenRouter and the model providers selected for a request process content for transcription, analysis, summaries, and embeddings.
- Google Cloud stores app content and serves authorized media.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this public website.
The content needed for a request is sent to the relevant provider. Processing may take place outside your country, depending on the provider. The app asks for your consent before processing shared content with external AI services.
Access and connected agents
Your library requires authentication and is scoped to your account. Stored media uses time-limited access links. If you create an agent connection key, anyone with that key can read the library within its permitted scope. Share it only with trusted tools. Agent connections are read-only and can be revoked in Settings.
Retention and deletion
Saved content is retained until you delete the save or your account. These actions remove the associated original content, media, summaries, and search index. Account deletion also removes account connections and unlinks retained processing records from the account. Sign in with Apple account connections are revoked as part of account deletion.
The production backup retention policy will be published before the app service is released. No production app backup system is currently operating. If you email support, we process your email address and the information you send to address your request. Please avoid sending passwords, connection keys, or unnecessary private content.
Your choices
You choose what to share. You can withhold consent to external content processing, revoke an agent connection, delete saves, or delete your account. Contact us if you need help with your information.
